"Wading among the sea stacks at Point of the Arches as the sunset burns in the western sky is a transcendent experience. As darkness envelops the foreground, the rock formations become soft and velvety and it seems huge slabs of malachite and lapis are rising from the sea against an incandescent backdrop.”
