RICHARD LA LONDE - fused glass artist
Richard La Londe has created art using glass since 1974, including stained glass, blown glass, and since 1980 fused glass, which he specializes in today. He was one of the original fusing instructors at Bullseye Glass Company in Portland, OR in 1983. He has gone on to create fused glass art and teach workshops at glass schools and private studios and has written two books on fusing: Richard La Londe: Fused Glass Art and Technique, and Richard La Londe and Friends: Fused Glass, Vitreous Enamel, and Other Techniques. His work is featured in museums across the United States, in Europe and Japan.
