The Forbidden Ride is a cheeky look at the sexual dynamics of a time before contraception and abortion rights - a time to which some among us are pushing hard to return. A time when gender was binary, a woman’s sexual virtue was her only currency, and masculinity was the quest to overcome – by charm or force – a woman’s barriers and take the “forbidden ride” of pre-marital, non-reproductive sex. Are we really going back there?? Haven’t we come too far??
